30 · 60 · 90 Day Follow-Up
The program ends — the support doesn't. At 30, 60, and 90 days after graduation, you check back in with your coach to review progress, troubleshoot obstacles, and stay accountable to the goals you set.

No. That's exactly what the program helps you figure out. You'll come in with a general direction and leave with a concrete mission.
How much time does it take each week?
Plan for a few hours per week — coaching session, Personal Mission work, and program assignments. Designed to fit around your life, not take it over.
Should I choose 1-on-1 or group?
Go 1-on-1 for maximum privacy and personal attention. Go group for peer energy, accountability, and the Hot Seat experience. Both work — choose how you operate best.
Can I do this remotely?
Yes. The program runs virtually so you can join from anywhere. In-person options available in select locations.
Is this only for recently separated veterans?
No. Whether you left the military last year or a decade ago, this program meets you where you are.
