This includes any information about you, your company, and your Client Users, as well as files and links you upload to use our Services. We also collect content you submit on our Platform, which may include social media or social networking websites operated by us.

4. Calendar Integration

From the 8404Coaching.com platform, you may connect to an external calendar (such as Google, iCloud, or Office365) to synchronize coaching sessions. 8404Coaching.com will read events from your calendar to provide availability (Free/Busy times) to your clients who are scheduling sessions with you, and will write calendar events to synchronize your external calendar with events scheduled on the platform. 8404Coaching.com does not collect your username and password used to sign into your calendar — an OAuth workflow is used to connect instead.

5. Single Sign-On (SSO)

You may connect to SSO providers such as Google or Microsoft to access 8404Coaching.com. When signing up with Google, you will be presented with an OAuth consent screen. The scopes include the ability to see your primary Google email address and your profile information (first and last name). Email is used to send event information such as upcoming Coaching Sessions or task reminders. Your name is used so clients and vendors can address you properly within the application.

6. Customer Support Information

We may collect information from you when you contact our customer support team, such as information regarding a technical problem you are experiencing with our Services.

7. Payment Information

If you register to use our Services, we may collect your financial and payment information (i.e., credit card information).

8. Information Directly from You

With your prior consent, we collect your information on or through our Site. This may include:

• Information provided by filling in forms on our Site, including at the time of account registration, posting material, or requesting further information.
• Records and copies of your correspondence, including email addresses, if you contact us.
• Your responses to surveys and reviews we might ask you to complete.
• Your search queries on the Site.

9. Information You Publish

You may also provide information to be published or displayed on public areas of the Site, or transmitted to other users or third parties ("User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. We receive information about you when you or your administrator integrate or link a third-party service with our Services. This includes: (i) account login via Google credentials; (ii) integration with other service providers to access, store, share, and edit certain content; and (iii) authorization to access files from a third-party document-sharing service. The information we receive depends on the settings, permissions, and privacy policy controlled by that third-party service.

12. Network and Telecommunications Monitoring

If you use our internet connection, networks, telecommunications systems, or information processing systems, your activity and any files or messages on those systems may be monitored by us at any time, in accordance with applicable law, for purposes of an investigation or to ensure compliance with our company policies.

Our Site does not support Do Not Track settings ("DNT") at this time. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future distributions.

We reserve the right to charge for copies of data requested.

If you would like us to transmit your personal information or Client Data to another company providing similar services and we are required to do so by law, we will work with them to do so upon request and verification of such request with both the requestor and the company receiving the personal information.
