Please Read Carefully

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

Introduction

Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting 8404Coaching.com, a website ("Site") operated by 8404 Coaching, LLC ("8404Coaching", "8404Coaching.com", "we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy ("Policy").

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us when you visit our Site, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings ascribed in the Terms of Services.

Children

Children Under 18

Our Site is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Site.

If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at support@8404Coaching.com.

Information We Collect

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

1. Personal Information

We collect personal information that you provide which identifies you, whether directly or indirectly, such as your name, your company's name, email address, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline.

2. Account and Profile Information

We collect information about you when you register for an account, create or modify your profile, set preferences, and sign up for our platform Services.

3. Content You Provide Us

We collect and store content that you post, send, receive, and share. This includes any information about you, your company, and your Client Users, as well as files and links you upload to use our Services. We also collect content you submit on our Platform, which may include social media or social networking websites operated by us.

4. Calendar Integration

From the 8404Coaching.com platform, you may connect to an external calendar (such as Google, iCloud, or Office365) to synchronize coaching sessions. 8404Coaching.com will read events from your calendar to provide availability (Free/Busy times) to your clients who are scheduling sessions with you, and will write calendar events to synchronize your external calendar with events scheduled on the platform. 8404Coaching.com does not collect your username and password used to sign into your calendar — an OAuth workflow is used to connect instead.

5. Single Sign-On (SSO)

You may connect to SSO providers such as Google or Microsoft to access 8404Coaching.com. When signing up with Google, you will be presented with an OAuth consent screen. The scopes include the ability to see your primary Google email address and your profile information (first and last name). Email is used to send event information such as upcoming Coaching Sessions or task reminders. Your name is used so clients and vendors can address you properly within the application.

6. Customer Support Information

We may collect information from you when you contact our customer support team, such as information regarding a technical problem you are experiencing with our Services.

7. Payment Information

If you register to use our Services, we may collect your financial and payment information (i.e., credit card information).

8. Information Directly from You

With your prior consent, we collect your information on or through our Site. This may include:

  • Information provided by filling in forms on our Site, including at the time of account registration, posting material, or requesting further information.
  • Records and copies of your correspondence, including email addresses, if you contact us.
  • Your responses to surveys and reviews we might ask you to complete.
  • Your search queries on the Site.

9. Information You Publish

You may also provide information to be published or displayed on public areas of the Site, or transmitted to other users or third parties ("User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although you may set certain privacy settings by logging into your account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other Site users with whom you choose to share your User Contributions.

10. Automatic Data Collection Technologies

Information Collected Automatically. As is true of most websites and mobile applications, our Site collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. This may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, the region or general location where your device is accessing the internet, browser type, operating system, and other usage information about the use of our Site, including a history of pages you visit.

Cookies and Similar Technologies. "Cookies" are small files placed on an individual's device to enable easier communication and interaction with the Sites. When you visit our Site, we may send one or more cookies to your device. We also use third parties to show you advertisements that may be of interest to you based on your use of our Site and other websites. Please review our Cookie Policy for more information.

Device and Connection Information. We collect information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other devices you use to access the Services. This includes your connection type and settings, operating system, browser type, IP address, URLs of referring/exit pages, device identifiers, and crash data. We use your IP address in order to approximate your location to provide a better Service experience.

11. Third-Party Services Linked to Your Account

We receive information about you when you or your administrator integrate or link a third-party service with our Services. This includes: (i) account login via Google credentials; (ii) integration with other service providers to access, store, share, and edit certain content; and (iii) authorization to access files from a third-party document-sharing service. The information we receive depends on the settings, permissions, and privacy policy controlled by that third-party service.

12. Network and Telecommunications Monitoring

If you use our internet connection, networks, telecommunications systems, or information processing systems, your activity and any files or messages on those systems may be monitored by us at any time, in accordance with applicable law, for purposes of an investigation or to ensure compliance with our company policies.

13. Do Not Track

Our Site does not support Do Not Track settings ("DNT") at this time. DNT is a privacy preference you can set in your web browser to indicate that you do not want certain information about your website visits collected across websites. Please see our Cookie Policy for more information on how you can opt out of behavioral tracking.
