L.E.A.P. Confidence Blueprint

This course employs a three-act framework inspired by novel writing techniques with each chapter designed to enhances your understanding of telling your story by providing a clear and familiar framework for organizing narratives. By dividing your stories into three distinct parts—setup, confrontation, and resolution—you learn how to:

1. Establish a Strong Foundation: In the first act, you identify your current mindset, environment, and the primary challenges to your confidence. This stage helps you recognize where you are starting from and sets the stage for meaningful growth.
2. Navigate and Overcome Obstacles: The second act is about confronting and working through self-doubt, setbacks, and limiting beliefs. Here, you learn strategies to stay motivated, build resilience, and deepen your self-awareness as you progress on your confidence journey.
3. Achieve Empowering Outcomes: In the third act, you celebrate your progress, solidify new habits, and reflect on your transformation. This phase is about recognizing your achievements, reinforcing your confidence, and preparing to face future challenges with a renewed sense of self-assurance.

By using this structure, you can more easily analyze, create, and appreciate your compelling story, whether you’re reading, writing, or presenting it. It breaks down storytelling into manageable steps, making the process less intimidating and more effective.
