Our Refund Promise

We want you to feel confident when you invest in your growth. This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back for purchases from 8404 Coaching, LLC (“8404 Coaching”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) on 8404Coaching.com. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.

Every refund window below is counted in calendar days from the date of purchase shown on your order confirmation.

• Self-paced online courses: 7-day refund window
• 30/60/90-Day Live Coaching Check-Ins: 14-day refund window

7-Day Refund Window

Self-Paced Online Courses

You may request a full refund for a self-paced online course (such as Mastering Confidence, the Mental Health Resilience Skills Lab, or The Reset) if both of the following are true:

• Your request is received within 7 days of purchase; and
• You have completed no more than 10% of the course lessons, as shown by your course progress.

Because course lessons, worksheets, PDFs, and audio are available immediately and can be kept, courses are not refundable after 7 days or once more than 10% of the lessons have been completed.

When a course refund is issued, your access to that course is removed, and any certificate of completion, badges, or dog tags earned in that course are void.

14-Day Refund Window

30/60/90-Day Live Coaching Check-Ins

You may request a full refund for the 30/60/90-Day Live Coaching Check-Ins if your request is received within 14 days of purchase and none of your check-in sessions has taken place.

Once your first check-in session has taken place, the check-ins are non-refundable. You can still reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. A session missed without 24 hours’ notice is considered used.

Bundles

Course + Check-In Bundles

If you bought a course and the check-ins together at the bundle discount, each part follows its own rule above: the course follows the 7-day rule and the check-ins follow the 14-day rule. A refund for either part is based on the discounted amount you actually paid for that part.

When We Always Refund

When We Always Refund

Regardless of the time windows above, you will receive a full refund if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• A technical problem on our side keeps you from accessing your course, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you report it; or
• We cancel or discontinue a course, session, or service before you receive it.

Events, Trainings & Organizations

Events, Trainings & Organizational Programs

Refund terms for live events, workshops, and Mental Health First Aid trainings are listed on each event or registration page. If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.

Organizational training, consulting, and partnership programs follow the refund and cancellation terms in your written agreement with us.

Exclusions

When Refunds Are Not Available

• Requests received after the refund window has closed;
• Courses where more than 10% of lessons have been completed;
• Check-ins after the first session has taken place;
• Accounts that have shared logins or copied, distributed, or resold course materials in violation of our Terms & Conditions;
• A course or service you have already been refunded for once before.

How to Request a Refund

Email mycoach@8404coaching.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

• Your full name and the email address used for the purchase;
• The course or service you purchased and your order number (or purchase date); and
• A brief reason for the request (this helps us improve, and does not affect eligibility).

We will confirm that we received your request within 2 business days.

Processing

How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through PayPal within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your bank. We can almost always resolve it faster directly.

Legal Rights

Your Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law. If a provision of this policy cannot be enforced, the rest of the policy still applies.

Changes

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
